What is Verde Santa Fe?
Verde Santa Fe is a Master planned golf course community spanning over 480 acres. Originally developed by Brookfield Communities, there are a total of seven unique neighborhoods in Verde Santa Fe, at price points from the mid 200’s up to over $500,000. There are four gated communities: Amante, Dorado, La Privada and The Villas. There are three non-gated communities: Montara, Turnberry and Verde Santa Fe 1&2. Three of the neighborhoods are 55+ (age restricted). This master planned community has a community club house, and a public 18-hole par 71 golf course, recently renamed Agave Highlands, put often refereed to as Verde Sante Fe by locals, and those that have been playing this well respected course for years.

Situated 3,300 feet above the Phoenix metropolitan area, we are framed by the vast range of Black Hills that extend from Camp Verde to Cottonwood, and the beautiful Red Rock Cliffs of Sedona.
