Cross Creek Ranch: Cross Creek is a gated community of 84 2 acre or more estates with many resale sites for sale. The community is
located just off of Highway 89A on the lower end of Red Rock Loop Road and is just next door to Red Rock State Park. Close to here the Crescent Moon Day use site with stunning views of Cathedral Rock, Throughout the community is a system of trails that enable residents to enjoy the beauty of the land in and around Cross Creek Ranch, including an inner-community trail systems with private access gates into Red Rock State Park and Coconino National Forest, and several access points along Oak Creek. Back O’Beyond Ranch: This exclusive Sedona Community, has CC&R’s that requires rentals to be for a period of at least 6 months and they must be approved by the board or hoa management company. If you are looking for a community that does not allow vacation rentals, this gated Sedona Community may be for you. Back O’ Beyond Ranch has well appointed natural landscaping, majestic mountain views all with good sized lots. Many of the homes in this community are of considerable size. Sedona’s Back O’ Beyond Ranch is situated at the foothills of Cathedral Rock, with most of the home sites have epic view of Cathedral Rock. At the time of print, only two homes are actively on the market in Back O’ Beyond Ranch, the listings prices are $1.675 & $1.895 Million for these 6,371 & 3,898 SF homes.
Indian Cliffs: Across State Route 179 from Back O’ Beyond, is a great location for more Sedona Real Estate, the Indian Cliffs Community. Along with the Back O’ Beyond, Indian Cliffs has great views. Lots start at under .25 acres. This community has no HOA- it should be on the list of any Sedona area home buyer that wants to use their home as a vacation rental investment, owners in this area have claimed over $60,000 a year in short term rental income. The Vacation rental market is every changing, and we recommend doing research for each individual property . Homes in Indian Cliffs have views of Elpahnt Rock, Twin Buttes, and Cathedral Rock, of course, each Sedona property has a different view. At time of print there are three houses actively on the market in Indian Cliffs, with a price rage from $640,000 to $750,000. The homes currently on the market range in year from 1994 to a brand new Sedona home. There is currently no vacant land listed for sale on the Sedona Verde Valley MLS for Indian Cliffs. Mystic Heights: Mystic Heights consists of 37 homesites. It sets high above oak creek and allows panoramic views of many of the best known Red Rock formations of Sedona.
