Developed by Melvin Gunnarson in the 1970’s this quiet neighborhood allows livestock animals such as sheep, goats, chickens cows and horses on parcels over 2 acres. Many sustainable living individuals call this subdivision home. Mel Glo Estates is conveniently located off of Page Springs Road in Cornville, Arizona, not far from the famous Page Springs Cellars Winery.
