Highest of Integrity – I was a real estate broker for over 20 years in California and Arizona. I’ve worked with hundreds and hundreds of agents through my time in the business. Richard is one of the hardest working, responsive, honest agents I’ve ever met. We started a purchase last year with Richard but it did not close due to its issues. He put in a ton of work on the deal and was not rewarded for his time and efforts. Many agents would have let us go and not stayed diligent looking for another property.
