“My father who is indecisive on selling his home after we get Richard involved- not once but twice this has happened over the course of 1-1.5 years. The amount of work I have done to get the place move out ready and the work Chambers has done to get the place on the market was hard. I live in Gilbert so the amount of travel, with the entire home rental/move out/help him understand what is going on/ set a price/…etc, just to cancel it, I wanted to scream. Calling up Chambers frustrated, embarrassed and worried to inform him my dad had changed his mind. But both times Richard was easy going and completely understood that it finally hit my dad – Where was he going to live? While I just chalked it up to a learning experience and swallowed my anger. He’s my dad and I love him so ill do this whole darn selling attempt again but next year. And I’ll be going back to Chambers.”
