Working with Richard Chambers is the best experience I’ve ever had with a Real Estate Agent. He is the fifth agent I’ve worked with over the years (although I’ve had disappointing interactions with dozens upon dozens of others). And, I joyfully share that he has set a new standard in how professional and thorough an agent can be. He is kind and friendly, while also maintaining very straightforward and thorough business practices. With open communication and well-managed expectations, Richard removes the guesswork and uncertainty from buying or selling a home. As one of the most important transactions you can make, I wouldn’t trust my business to anyone else! Richard helped us understand town and county regulations, provided insight around setting up utilities, contacted public works to address road improvement, and even worked toward fetching estimates to build/develop the land that he helped us buy. We didn’t purchase the land for much money and I know he received little by way of financial compensation. It’s fair to say that he is driven more by presenting excellent quality of service. Definitely a “go-the-extra-mile” type of person! He’s the best agent I’ve ever worked with and I hear nothing less from everyone who knows him.
