There is currently 1 new home community in our area that has been built within the last 5 years - Brookfield Communities at Verde Santa Fe. There are many wonderful amenities including golf priviledges and pools. There is even a section which is age restriced to 55 and older. Current home prices range in the neighborhood between 250,00 to $500,000. It is located in the communities of Cornville, AZ. 20 minutes from Sedona and 10 minutes to downtown Cottonwood.
